Think Drink Drugs was commissioned by CRI, a social care and health charity working with individuals, families and communities across England and Wales who are affected by drugs, alcohol, crime, homelessness, domestic abuse and antisocial behaviour.
The communication challenges included:
Designing an identity that communicated to several different audiences (service users and service professionals) and designing clear user journeys to reflect this.
Creating a non-judgemental, approachable identity that would minimise barriers to using the services available.
Creating versatile imagery for use across social media and print.
We met these challenges with a bold, bright and positive visual language that included a set of beautifully designed witty, minimal illustrations that illuminated each page of the website. The style used successfully appealed to broad intended audiences and sensitively covered a range of topics.
